I was pleasantly surprised to discover this afternoon that the July 2010 club penguin catalog was in! I went ahead and bought every single new thing. 
Yeah, it sucks. Simply saying "one," "two," ...etc. does not go through on club penguin. So here's what does send, so you know not to be clueless.
So I was reading my CP times, and in the paper I realized that on July 2nd, the new catalog is coming out, with new instruments. Instruments haven't been in the catalog since winter! 
From the elite gear that you can buy with earned medals, I just bought The Alpha hair. So if you're curious as to how it looks on a penguin, you can see it on me before you buy it.
After finding all of the boats and obtaining the background for it, go to the cove and drill on the X at the cove. After a bit of drilling, you'll get
a free pirate hat like this one!
At the mine! If you throw enough snowballs in the little cup thing at the top of the mine, you'll make water flow to the plants. Keep throwing though, because eventually the water runs out. See what happens.
Head over to the pizza parlor, and up near the piano you'll find the lightbulb pin. This pin is only available until July 1st, so hurry!
